Committee M of M 19 May

The Minutes from the 19th May Committee meeting are on the members page and will be put into the Minutes Book at the club.

Key items-

Majority of drinks for the club will now be sourced via a Supplier to reduce reliance on a few members do do the fetching and carrying. As a result some supermarket own brand items will no longer be available and a very few prices will increase as a result.

Heat Stroke kit and instructions located under table inside roller door. If necessary wheelchair inside riverside store to aid removal of individuals from the rink.

Club response to Malaga FAB provincial side development being prepared.

John Wilson will continue as Secretary until the President names his replacement.

Charity boxes placed in the club must be pre-approved by the Committee and must have Spanish Charity number and name on member responsible for returning the box to the charity.

Raffles, Lucky square and other chance fund raising activities held at the club must comply with Spanish Law.

Summer projects- We will be lowering all of the scoreboard to the same height as those on the new shade supports, stretch carpet on rink 1 and 6 and replace carpet on steps leading to the green as well as a few jobs in the lower end of the car park. Volunteer are needed to assist.- See John Wilson if you are willing to help.
