Mijas cling to 3rd spot in Spring League

Despite having lost all 3 home games in the match against La Posada, Mijas have managed to hold onto 3rd spot and surprisingly closed the gap on 2nd place with this 4-10 defeat.

Miraflores beat Lauro 12-2 and closed the gap between 2nd and 4th to a few points.

The enclosed result and standing sheet is provisional and shot differences maybe adjusted later due to a potential infringement of the League rules.

La Posada could win the League if they win their fixture against Lauro.

On Friday 9th May- Mijas play Benacala and we need a convincing win to retain and potentially improve on our League position. The provisional team selections have been posted at the club and Bill Neal will make any adjustments needed during the week.
