The minutes from the November Federation meeting have been posted on our Website home page, main items of interest are summarised below.
It was agreed by a majority of the member club representatives that only drinks (including water) purchased on the premises should be consumed on the premises of the member club hosting the event. An event is any event in the Federation Calendar and it includes League and Cup competitions.
It was also agreed that players from member clubs should be respectful of the catering offered by the host clubs and refrain from taking food into facilities that offer food for sale.
Should you have dietary requirements then you should contact the club directly to ensure they can cater for your needs.
The club representatives were asked to share the idea of having a Celebration night and meal (possible stay away) to include a formal prize giving for the various Leagues and Cups.
