Following discussions within the Executive Committee it has been decided that we will not operate a duty rota for the months of July and August. This decision has been reached based on the large fluctuations on attendance resulting from weather, seasonal visitors and members trips away from the region.
If you are the first to arrive for the roll up you are expected to start the setting up process and as others arrive they should assist until all of the normal duties are performed.
Should you wish to arrange an earlier start time with some other members then please feel free to do so.
Those who arrive later will be expected to perform the close up operations so that the duties are shared by all of the attendees.
It will be a self service bar and put your money onto the tills or write up a bar tab and pay before leaving.
