Triples finally get wind in their sails

Mijas Eagles had their best win of the season with a 10-0 win over Lauro at home in gusting conditions. Most of the games were close all the way through and 3 out of 4 were in the balance going into the last end. This result lifts Mijas off the foot of the table and into mid table.

Mijas Swifts had their hardest game of the season away at Benavista and suffered their first defeat of the season, but still managed to pick up valuable points and will stay 22 points ahead of Lauro with just 2 games remaining despite the 3-5 result.

Mijas have byes on the 17th February and the next League games for Mijas are scheduled for the 3rd March.
