Mijas played both Pairs and Triples at Lauro in Week 5 and lost 0-10 in the Pairs to drop into 2nd place behind Lauro ahead of next weeks return fixture.
3 of the games were very close and could have gone either way.
The Triples rink wins were shared but the overall shots points went to Lauro.
Alan, Mary and Chris J dropped a 4 in the 16th end to go 4 behind, but a late fight back allowed them to collect a single and then a 4 to win by a single shot.
Bill, Kevin and Lynda were also able to come from behind taking 7 shots in the last 2 ends to win by 6 shots.
