Week 7 Pairs League result

Mijas extended their lead at the top of the Pairs League to 7 points with a 7-3 away win at Saydo against the 2nd top team on the 23 January (rescheduled game from the 16 January).

We were fortunate to get the game played on a wet rink but managed to avoid the rain forecast for the afternoon. Lauro lost 6-4 at home against bottom club La Posada.

This result means Mijas are 7 points ahead in both Leagues going into the Week 8 fixtures when the Pairs are at home against Saydo while the Triples are away to Miraflores.

The provisional team selections are posted in the club house and members selected to play or nominated as reserves need to tick their availability to play. Failure to do so by Tuesday 27th January may lead to you being removed from the team for the fixtures and replacements being brought in to fulfil the teams.
